[SuperHive] Update

Hello everyone ! I've made an update to SuperHive, the tool who transform your HIVE author feed into a real Blog !

I've add Twitter and Facebook Share button. Anyone who visit your SuperHive blog can share the page on traditionnal social media now :)

One thing everyone ask me is to add a post page. Now, when you click on a post title, only one article is displayed with his link. It's really better for share and for SEO.

Last thing i've made today is for devs. I improved the composer.json file for better read and to add SuperHive on Packagist repository.
